About the course:

Code of Conduct (COC) is an important aspect to ensure compliance within any organization.

As per the EY Global Integrity Report 2024, 85% of the violations were due to the lack of understanding of the organization’s Code of Conduct policies and procedures. This course shall equip you with the required knowledge and skills needed to navigate through ethical dilemmas effectively and will help promote a culture of accountability within your organization.

EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice has supported various clients and has assisted them in being able to manage their COC programs more effectively such that, they are guided to prevent, detect, and train their employees on the most vulnerable scenarios.
